A Greenville Avenue institution is about to leave its revered address: Blue Goose Cantina, which has been plying margaritas and Tex-Mex at 2905 Greenville Ave. for nearly 40 years, will close on March 19. What should have been a great dining experience unfortunately was not. Homemade al dente agnolotti (little stuffed envelope-shaped pasta) is filled with ricotta and dressed with winter truffle conserve.
